Engineered for precast concrete factories, product manufacturing plants and testing facilities, our Precast Concrete Heavy-Duty Vibrating Table provides high-efficiency compaction and air elimination for concrete moulds. Constructed from IS 2062 structural steel with top plates up to 12 mm thick and supported by high-tension helical spring dampers, this vibrating table features adjustable 3000 RPM unbalance motors to deliver uniform vibration distribution, maximum concrete density and smooth, bubble-free finishes.

Four-corner high-tension spring isolation confines high-frequency vibration to the table top, protecting the sub-frame and floor foundation.
Rigid Anti-Deflection Under-Grid
A heavy ISMC channel grid below the top plate prevents dead spots and delivers uniform vibration across the table surface.
Adjustable Vibration Force
Eccentric unbalance weights on motor shafts allow vibration force and amplitude tuning according to mould weight and concrete slump.
Wear-Resistant Steel Top Plate
Heavy 8 mm to 12 mm smooth steel resists impact, surface wear and corrosion from daily concrete casting and wash-downs.
