Engineered for major civil infrastructure, highway flyovers and railway viaduct projects, our Heavy-Duty Precast Concrete Bridge & Culvert Steel Mould produces high-strength structural bridge components. Constructed from IS 2062 Grade B high-tensile structural steel with base plates up to 12 mm thick, this formwork system features hydraulic or mechanical side-opening mechanisms, modular segment extensions and pre-stressing strand compatibility for heavy-load casting.

Built in precision-matched 3 m to 6 m bolted segments, allowing operators to adjust overall girder or culvert length to match exact bridge pier spans.

Pre-Stressing Compatibility

Structurally reinforced to withstand intense strand tensioning and strand placement forces during pre-stressed girder casting.

Zero Slurry Leakage Seals

Precision-machined flange joints fitted with heavy rubber gaskets prevent cement slurry loss for smooth, defect-free concrete surfaces.

Heavy Anti-Sag Base Framing

Fabricated with 8 mm to 12 mm thick MS plates supported by I-beams and ISMC channels to eliminate deflection under extreme concrete loads.
