Engineered for highway approach walls, flyover ramps and high-speed expressway infrastructure, our Precast Concrete Friction Slab Barrier Steel Mould casts monolithic L-shaped friction slab crash barriers. Built from IS 2062 Grade B high-tensile structural steel with skin plates up to 10 mm thick, this heavy-duty formwork system features hinged side shutter panels, rubber gasket slurry seals and external vibrator mounting plates for defect-free, IRC/MORTH-compliant precast concrete production.
